We accept items for exchange of sizing is wrong. There are no refunds unless a defective product is received with proof 

All items exchanged for sizing must be in new unused condition with the original packaging.

NO EXCEPTIONS 

If a refund is requested for a defective product it will only cover the cost of product. SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDED 

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE, SO INSURING THE PACKAGE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. FASHION VAULT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES LOST IN THE MAIL. if we do not have a desired available we can exchange for a product of same value for exchange
